Return Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most items. Some exclusions may apply.

 

*Item must be in original condition showing no signs of wear/damage (return will be denied if wear/damage of any sorts is detected).

*All items will be denied a return if they have been set, chipped, fractured, scratched, weigh differently or have been modified in any way.

*While you are in possession of the purchased item, you are 100% liable for its value and care.

*Items that are "made to order" will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.

*Unauthorized returns will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing product or paperwork will not be accepted.

Shipping/Liability Policy:

All shipments will REQUIRE a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION upon delivery. The delivery method of your item will be determined by the value and location of your shipment. Items will be delivered via FedEx or USPS. We will NOT accept shipments to PO boxes. Shipping addresses and all other customer details MUST MATCH THE AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION of the credit card used to purchase the item. If the items are paid for via wire transfer, the item can be shipped anywhere. Once you sign for the delivered item you are 100% liable for its value and care.

All orders valued $999 + must be paid via wire transfer only (Select "Check out Memo", fill in the information, then select "Manual Payment", follow wire transfer instructions) (Orders $999+ will not be shipped if processed via PayPal). All orders paid for via wire transfer will receive a 3% discount.
